Why no free trial?

Second, our 7-day money-back guarantee is a stronger commitment than a trial: you get the full register from minute one, and we refund in full if it isn’t for you. No clock, no feature gating, no surprise charge at day eight.
How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?
Subscribe to either plan. If within 7 days you decide the register isn’t for you, email support@44protocol.com from your account address requesting a refund. We process it through Stripe — typically same business day — and you keep nothing recurring.
Why is annual recommended?
Two months free ($40 saved), one renewal a year instead of twelve, and a single line on your statement. Same access either way — the recommendation is purely about cost and inbox hygiene.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch at any renewal from the Account page. Mid-cycle switches prorate via Stripe.
How do I cancel?
Open the app, go to Account, click “Manage subscription,” cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period — no silent renewals.
Do you accept promo codes?
Yes. Codes are entered at Stripe checkout or via the “Have a promo code?” affordance inside the app.
Are there clinician, team, or institutional rates?
Not yet. If you’re a clinic or research group with a use case, tell us about it and we’ll consider it.
What currency is this in?
USD. Stripe converts at the prevailing rate if your card is denominated in another currency.
Where does payment go?
Stripe processes payment to Stoneveil Holdings LLC, an Arizona registered company. We never see or store your card details.
