Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating one, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@44protocol.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account, allow another person to use it, or create multiple accounts to evade limits, money-back-guarantee terms, or any other restrictions.

Subscriptions, money-back guarantee, billing

The Service is offered on a monthly ($20 USD/month) or annual ($200 USD/year) subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

7-day money-back guarantee: Every new subscription is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within 7 days of your first charge that the Service is not for you, email support@44protocol.com from your account address requesting a refund. We will refund the most recent charge in full and cancel the subscription. The guarantee is available once per customer on the first paid subscription period only; it does not apply to renewals or to subsequent accounts associated with the same customer.

Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe sends a renewal reminder before each charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel any time from the Account page via the Stripe customer portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period; we do not refund unused time except under the refund policy or the 7-day guarantee above.

Pricing changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscribers keep their current rate through the next renewal.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the catalog or register data.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Use the Service to source, sell, advertise, or distribute any controlled substance.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any law in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties unless you are independently licensed to do so.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Intellectual property

Stoneveil Holdings LLC owns the Service, the catalog and register content (excluding underlying public-domain literature and FDA labels), the software, the design, and the brand. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own physician-supervised reference.

You retain ownership of data you enter (your weight, your stack settings, your labs, your notes). We process that data to operate the Service per the privacy policy.

You agree that any clinical use of the information is at your own risk and under the supervision of a licensed physician of your choice.

Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

While we run a fuzz harness on every build, you remain responsible for verifying any dose or instruction with your physician before clinical use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoneveil Holdings LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from clinical use of the information provided.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stoneveil Holdings LLC harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your clinical decisions made with reference to the Service.

Termination

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and emailing support@44protocol.com to request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the app and on the changelog with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.
