How the recommender works
The quiz first hard-screens for contraindications (cancer history, pregnancy, MTC/MEN-2, type 1 diabetes, upcoming surgery, TRT) and removes any stack containing an excluded peptide. We then score the remaining stacks against your weighted goals, phenotype, training load, sleep/stress signal, injection comfort, complexity tolerance, and risk posture. The top three matches are ranked with a fit score and trade-off note.
Every recommendation is a real stack in the members-only register, with literature-derived doses, reconstitution volumes, and rationale. After signup you can compare alternates, diff against your current stack, or override anything.
